about the brand
A modern European pastry stand built for markets, festivals, and sweet moments.
Inspired by our love for European pastries, we created Twistie to bring something warm, fresh, and a little different to Washington state.
Our inspiration comes from Czech trdelník — the chimney cakes you can find on almost every corner in Prague, where the smell of sugar and cinnamon fills the streets. For us, that aroma became a symbol of warmth, comfort, and a little piece of Europe that we wanted to share with our community.
Every morning, we prepare fresh dough from scratch and bake each trdelník on site. We use quality ingredients and simple, natural flavors to create that golden, aromatic crust and soft inside — the kind of taste you want to come back for.
